From Morocco to a Global Mission
Born in Morocco and now based in Canada, Bouchra's journey reflects the experience of many members of the Moroccan diaspora: building a life across cultures while carrying the values, resilience, and identity of where the journey began.
Her professional path initially took her into the corporate world, where she developed extensive experience in business and leadership.
But achievement eventually led to deeper questions.
Who are we beyond our titles?
How much of our definition of success comes from what we genuinely want—and how much comes from what society, family, culture, or professional expectations tell us we should want?
And what happens when the life that appears successful from the outside no longer feels aligned on the inside?
